We are helping our communities to fight against Violent Crime & rebuild after a Homicide!

Why we’re here imageWhy we’re here image
AOTBRF, was started after the personal loss of my son Ezekiel Summers April 6, 2019 to Homicide & after a series of violent incidents & murders within my capital city. I noticed the lackluster response of the community in assisting with solving the homicides & support for individual families. My goal is to give that necessary support & teach ways for healing, along with making regular visits to high-crime areas, & keeping the community informed about Violent Crime & Homicide. Giving witnesses support to understand how important & able they are, to help in solving the crime they witnessed &/or have information about. Advocacy for families with getting answers & their cases solved. Providing information about how it affects our communities long after the incident of loss. Along with, giving support to those who want to become active within the community & make an effective difference getting the results of change.

BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES

After the loss of a loved one bereavement support services for parents, siblings, and family members means that the supportive services are provided to the family unit to assist in coping with the loved one’s death, including follow-up assessment and assistance through the first year after death.
